This time, we have prepared a new type of question for you (open matrix question) and introduced many improvements and useful functionalities, including expanded functionality of A/B tests and multi-language support. Meet SurveyLab 27.9.9.

New open matrix question
We have added a new type of Open Matrix question. Thanks to this, it is even easier to prepare order forms or collect financial and business data. The question allows you to collect both numeric and text data.
New options for open-ended question
We expanded the open-ended question with the ability to add images. Now, for each answer choice in the open-ended question, you can add an image or illustration.
Language filters
We have improved the multi-language support in the system. Now you can filter data in your reports using the survey language parameter. Thanks to this, you can easily display the responses of people who completed the survey in the selected language or compare the responses for different language groups.
A/B tests
If you use the “draw question from a pool on the page” function, you will additionally see (in the report) which descriptive question was displayed for the respondent. Thanks to this, you will be able to conduct A / B tests of advertisements or new products. All you have to do is add at least two descriptive questions on the selected page and turn on draw from pool option.
Draw from pool option is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
Other changes and improvements
We have made many smaller changes and improvements. We improved the integration with Zapier. We improved the screen-out logic and the export of results to PowerPoint and PDF. We have updated our online help system. We also improved some translations (for English, Polish, and Slovak).
