Together with PMI GB we are have conducted enterprise project management maturity research for companies from Northern Poland. The goal of the project is to measure project management maturity level and to learn what role projects play in the surveyed organizations.
The study will cover the Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian provinces, and will provide answers to the questions:
- Is the project management methodology used in your organization? If so, what kind?
- Does senior management support ongoing projects?
- How is the success of implemented projects measured?
- How are projects selected for implementation?
