AI Response translations

Response translations allow you to read and analyze data in any language of your choice no matter in which language your respondent provided feedback.

The functionality works for open-text questions only.

To activate the functionality :

1. Go to account Settings.
2. Go to Security & privacy.
3. Select AI reports translation and analysis checkbox, to consent for data sharing with OpenAI.

To use the functionality :

1. Go to the survey Report.
2. Press AI translation button.
3. Select questions for which you want to do text translation.
4. Press SAVE button.

To see the translation :

1. Press List of responses button.
2. Press Preview response button.

NOTE. The functionality is based on OpenAI ChatGPT. It means that to do translation or to calculate the sentiment we need to send data to OpenAI to perform the analysis.

To use AI features, you will need to top-up your account with tokens. Tokens are used by AI tools to perform the job. One token is about one word.

To buy tokens :

1. Go to Account settings.
2. Press BUY TOKENS button.
3. Select number of tokens you want to buy.

Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
