New survey editor
We’ve refreshed the survey editor. We added formatting options for answer choices, the ability to hide answer choices, and the option to enrich each answer choice with tooltips.
NOTE. A tooltip is a description displayed when the mouse cursor hovers over an element marked with it.
Enhanced Yes/No question
We added a “Can’t say” option to the Yes/No question. If you add a third option, the system will display a three-point scale. If you leave it empty, the system will display a two-point scale.
Question Tags
We added the ability to tag questions. You can assign multiple tags to a single question (eg. sales, delivery, support), and save them together with the survey results. This makes it easy to group questions in exported result files or via the API.
This functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
Other improvements
We introduced many smaller fixes and enhancements. We also implemented KSeF integration for invoices generated automatically in the system and improved several translations.
