2012 has just finished. It was an exciting year for us, which resulted in many new features, integrations for online surveys, forms, and tests, and amazing new clients.
Just to mention a few new features we have introduced in 2012 :
- MS Excel support, ability to export survey results directly into MS Excel, with just one click.
- SPSS support, ability to export survey results directly into SPSS.
- “White label” surveys, ability to customize your survey. That includes the option to set your own survey domain (custom URL) and survey footer.
- API, easy integration with any application or software using the response ID and SFTP features.
- Automatic notifications, email notifications about new responses that have been collected for your forms, surveys, and tests.
We have delivered our first integration with Zendesk – a leading online helpdesk and support ticket software.
We started work with some of the most amazing companies, including Euro AGD, AXA Direct, and Omnicom Media Group.
