We started summer cleaning and we have the first set of changes for you. We've made some improvements to the metrics and notification system. We have also implemented some minor changes and improvements. In the new software version (30.4.2) you will find :

Metrics
We have improved the performance of the metrics. Now you can choose the way of presenting the scale and the color of the metric (low, medium, high range).
Functionality is available in the Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plan.
Notifications
We have updated the list of smart tags available in notifications. Thanks to smart tags, you can place dynamic content such as name {firstName}, email {email}, report link {reportLink} in notifications.
360 Feedback
We have improved the layout and readability of the 360 reports. The radar chart showing the areas has been moved to the beginning of the report. As a result, the entire report gained readability.
Functionality is available in the Enterprise plan.
Synerise
We have improved the Synerise integration functionality. The feature enables the input of Synerise tracking codes in collectors and thus the use of data from surveys in actions performed on the Synerise side.

Other changes and improvements
We've made a number of minor changes and fixes. We have improved the image scaling in the choice question. We changed the export format of the contacts file from CSV to XLSX and added information with an individual survey link. Thanks to this, you can use the file to send additional invitations to the respondents yourself. We have added an average score presentation for choice questions. The score is visible under the question and is based on the question points. We have added support for the ranking questions in the survey invitations in the embedded question mode. We added support for the Zulu language. This is a 54th-supported language.
