2012 has just finished. It was an exciting year for us that resulted in many new features, integrations, and amazing clients.
Just to mention a few new features we have introduced in 2012 :
- Excel support, ability to export survey results directly into MS Excel
- SPSS support, ability to export survey results directly into SPSS
- “white label” surveys, ability to customize your survey (including own domain and survey footer)
- API, easy integration with any application or software using response ID and FTP features
- automatic notifications, email notifications about new responses that have been collected for your surveys and tests
We have delivered our first integration with Zendesk.com – great online helpdesk and support ticket software.
We started work with some of the most amazing companies, including Euro AGD, AXA Direct, and Omnicom Media Group.
