Contacts groups

Contacts groups (tags) help you organize and manage contacts and distribute surveys with our mailing solution.

To add a new contacts group press  Add tag button. As soon as you add a new tag it will be visible on the left menu.

ADD NEW TAG

1. Press  Add tag button.
2. Enter tag name.
3. Press SAVE button.

EDIT TAG

1. Click on  Edit button.
2. Edit tag name and color.

DELETE TAG

1. Select a tag to be deleted and press /  DELETE button.
2. Press OK to confirm the action.

NOTE. By deleting a tag, you don’t delete the contacts related to the tag.
