Upgrade

You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime. You can choose from 4 subscription plans (Starter, Advanced, Professional, Enterprise).

Sign up for surveylab.com is available for free. You can continue with a Free plan (50 responses limit) or choose a subscription.

To buy a subscription :

1. Log into your account and press UPGRADE button.
2. Select one of our subscription plans (Starter, Advanced, Professional, Enterprise).
3. Confirm billing data and select payment information.
4. Press BUY NOW button to complete your payment.

Even if you stop using SurveyLab, we won’t delete your account unless it is inactive for 12 months.

NOTE. If you are using a credit card for payment, your subscription will be automatically renewed. You can cancel automatic renewal any time. To do it, please go to Account and turn off Renew subscription automatically option.
