Can reaching the response limit make the survey unavailable?
No. Even after the response limit is reached, additional responses will continue to be collected and stored, and the survey will remain available to respondents.
However, responses collected beyond the available limit will not be visible in reports. You can easily unlock them by purchasing an additional response package or extending your subscription.
To unlock stored responses :
- Go to the survey list and find the survey for which you want to unlock responses.
- Press UNLOCK button.
