Can a respondent edit a survey that has already been completed?

Yes. If the respondent has not completed the survey but only interrupted it (eg., by closing the browser), then after reopening the browser and the survey, they will see the previously answered questions.

NOTES. This function will not work as described if the respondent deletes cookies after closing the survey or clicks the FINISH button.
