How can I buy additional responses?

Depending on the subscription you use, you will have a specific number of responses available to use per month or per year. Once this limit is reached, the system will continue to record responses, but they will not be visible in the reports. To unlock the saved but hidden responses, you will need to purchase an additional response package.

To purchase additional responses :

1. Go to the list of surveys.
2. Select the survey for which responses were collected after the limit was reached.
3. Click the UNLOCK button.
4. Choose the response package you want to purchase.

NOTE: You can use the purchased response package freely during your subscription period.
