How to use the Response Key

The Response Key is a mechanism that enables integration of SurveyLab with any system, such as CRM, HelpDesk, or eShop.

Step 1 – Collector configuration

1. Go to collector  Settings.
   
2. In Integration Settings / Response Key, select URL only.

Step 2 – Survey link configuration

Add the parameter crk/our-id/ at the very end of the survey link. /our-id/ is a parameter from your system that will be passed to SurveyLab.

NOTES. The “our-id” value for the URL only settings can be up to 64 characters long and must be unique.

Additional parameters

To enable automatic closing of the survey if it has already been completed by the respondent, add the following parameter at the end of the URL :

/alreadyCompleted/autoClose/
