Integration with Debesis

Below you will find instructions showing how easily you can integrate SurveyLab with Debesis.

To prepare Debesis to work with SurveyLab :

1. Log in to Debesis.
2. Select the email message template that you want to modify.
3. Add the survey link (previously prepared in SurveyLab). Make sure the link contains a parameter, eg. /custom1/[ticket]/

NOTE. You have 45 fields available, including 40 custom fields. To add more than one parameter, use multiple custom fields, eg. /?custom1=[ticket].

Survey results are available after logging in to SurveyLab and clicking the REPORT icon. Information allowing identification of individual customers will be saved in individual reports.

To access individual reports :

1. Press  REPORT button for the selected survey.
   
2. Go to the  RESPONSE LIST tab.
3. Select the response you want to view and click the  Preview icon.
4. The data will be visible in the RESPONSE details section.

 This functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
