Integration with HubSpot

Please find below a short instruction describing how SurveyLab can be integrated with HubSpot and how to match your clients’ information with survey results.

To configure HubSpot to work with SurveyLab :

1. Log into HubSpot.
2. Go to the tab Marketing / Email.
   
3. Select a template you want to edit or create a new one.
4. Add a button or link in the message body.
5. Add survey link and dynamic values at the end of the link eg. /?custom1={{contact.email}}/ or {{contact.firstname}}

Survey results will be available in SurveyLab Reports. Information that will allow you to identify individual clients will be available in the response details in the RESPONDENT data.

 Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
