System says collection is not active. What does it mean?

If you see this message, it means that you need to activate your collector in order to start data collection.

To activate collector :

1. Press  ENABLE button.
   
2. The button will change into  DISABLE. Now you can collect responses for your survey.

NOTE. A collector is a part of the survey that is responsible for data collection. You can have multiple collectors for a single survey.
