Google maps

Functionality allows for automatic review aggregation from Google Maps. You will be able to view, filter, or export reviews. Moreover, you will be able to answer on your reviews directly in SurveyLab.

To connect to Google Maps :

1. Press + ADD SOURCE.
2. Press Google Maps.
3. Press Connect.
4. Select your Google account and press Continue button.
5. Press SAVE button and wait for the system to upload the data.

NOTE. Data is uploaded every 6 hours. It means you will see the first reviews after 6 hours, and then all new reviews will be uploaded every 6 hours.

To view report :

1. Press Report (reviews).

To disconnect :

1. Press DISABLE button.
2. Press MORE / DELETE button.
3. Press OK to confirm the action.

NOTE. You can add and remove the source / location any number of times. It won’t impact collected reviews.
