Google Play

Functionality allows for automatic review aggregation from the Google Play Store. You will be able to view, filter, or export reviews. Moreover, you will be able to answer on your reviews directly in SurveyLab.

To connect to Google Play :

  1. Press + ADD SOURCE.
  2. Press Google Play.
  3. Press Connect.
  4. Select your Google account and press Continue button.
  5. Press SAVE button and wait for the system to upload the data.

NOTE. Data is uploaded every 6 hours. It means you will see the first reviews after 6 hours, and then all new reviews will be uploaded every 6 hours.

To disconnect :

  1. Press  DISABLE button.
  2. Press Reputations MORE / DELETE button.
  3. Press OK to confirm the action.

NOTE. You can add and remove the sources / location any number of times. It won’t impact collected reviews.
