New Mobile App
The new version (2.8.0) of our mobile app for Android and iOS is now available. This release includes performance improvements and security fixes:
- Security fixes.
- New option to synchronize all surveys again.
- New option to sort the list of surveys displayed in the app.
The mobile app is your friend whenever you need to collect data offline. It can be a mystery shopper survey, audit surveys and forms, or a field project in an area with poor or no internet connection.
Functionality available in the Enterprise plan.
Survey Navigation Panel
We have added a survey navigation panel feature. It allows respondents to navigate through the survey and jump directly to any page. This is particularly useful for long forms and surveys that are not completed in a linear order.
The navigation panel must first be enabled in the collector settings.
Other Changes
We have improved several descriptions and translations, as well as the handling of multilingual surveys and the import of long surveys. Changes to question structure (eg. adding or removing answer options) can now only be made in the survey’s primary language. We have also improved invoice handling and added support for Punjabi.
