Contacts
We have expanded the contacts module. Now you can add up to 40 custom fields to describe each contact. This allows you to include any information in your address book (e.g. age, gender, country, customer number, order number, …) and then link it to the responses provided.
Branding
We’ve introduced a range of improvements that make it easier to customise the look and feel of your survey to suit your needs and preferences.
- You can now hide the language selection button on both PC and mobile devices.
- We’ve added the option to change the colour of the navigation button on the welcome page.
- You can also now hide the “Next page” button when using the one-question-per-page mode.
Logic
You can now use the ‘greater than’ and ‘less than’ conditions for custom fields. This allows you to create a logical condition in which, f.e. you show or hide a question for respondents of a specific age.
Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
API
We released a new REST API V2.0, which also introduces a new structure and grouping of available methods.
- We’ve added information about the language in which a survey was completed.
- We’ve also added language support in API requests.
- Additionally, it’s now possible to filter data by
crk
andrid
.
Functionality is available in the Enterprise plan.
Other changes and improvements
We’ve introduced a number of minor changes and improvements. We expanded the functionality that allows you to hide questions, pages, and blocks in the survey and respondent report. This means you can now hide selected survey elements either only in the survey or only in the report. We also added an IP hash feature – it generates a unique (per survey) encrypted ID that enables verification of the quality of responses. We added question code numbers in the respondent report. Additionally, we’ve added support for Bosnian, Macedonian, Montenegrin, and Serbian languages.
