AI Act Compliance
SurveyLab is fully compliant with the AI Act. This means that if you use images generated by AI models in your surveys or tests, we preserve the information required to properly identify and label AI-generated visual content.
New Survey Design
We have introduced a fresh new look for surveys. New customization options are now available for navigation buttons and the progress bar. We have also reduced the size of the SurveyLab logo displayed in surveys.
New Mobile App
Version 2.7 of the mobile app is now available. We have released a new version of our mobile application for Android and iOS. The app now additionally supports matrix questions, ranking questions, date questions, numeric questions, heat maps, hot spots, drag & drop, and carry-forward functionality.

Enhanced Question Bank
We have improved the Question Bank. It now displays the language assigned to each question and allows you to add additional language versions directly from the Question Bank.

Digital Accessibility
We have added a mechanism that automatically detects the color contrast of graphical elements in survey templates. The system checks the contrast between adjacent visual elements and indicates whether it meets WCAG requirements, specifying compliance at either the AA or AAA level.
Social Media Sharing
You can now allow respondents to share a survey link on Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky after completing a survey. If you enable the Thank You page at the end of the survey, you can display icons for the selected social media platforms. By clicking an icon, respondents can easily share the survey link with others.
Other Improvements and Enhancements
We have introduced several smaller improvements and usability enhancements. We have strengthened our CAPTCHA mechanism to better detect bots attempting to automatically access or complete surveys. We have also added support for hyperlinks in survey translations. We have improved the Malti language translations. We have also introduced several changes and performance improvements to the system.
