New mobile app

We have redesigned our mobile app, which allows offline data collection. Using the app, you can collect data even if you have no Internet connection. Next, you can transfer the data to the SurveyLab server as you regain Internet access. You can download the application for free from Google Play and Apple App Store.

Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.

SAVE LINK

We have improved the SAVE LINK button functionality. Now, if the respondent presses the button, the survey data is automatically synchronized with the database. This allows your respondent to save the work at any time and then get back to it using a copied link. It is very useful, especially if the survey takes a long time to take or if the respondent wants to continue work on another device.

Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.

Quotas

We have updated the quota functionality. This will allow you to collect responses and keep the required representation for the sample eg. 50% Male and 50% Female. You can set quotas maximum for two selected choice questions.

Other changes and improvements

We have introduced support for Irish and Welsh languages. The login page has been redesigned, and the Single Sign-On (SSO) option is now more accessible and easier to locate. Improvements have been made to validation for open-ended questions.

We also updated the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature that is used in the “Add file” question type, as well as enhanced token-related functionality.

Alongside these changes, a range of minor fixes and translation improvements have been introduced to enhance system performance and usability.
