New 360 reports
We have redesigned 360-degree reports. The report automatically aggregates the data and presents the average scores. The report will automatically aggregate data and will present averages for the different data segments self-assessment, manager, subordinate, peer).
The system also calculates results for specific areas (e.g. leadership, teamwork, strategic focus, …). To define areas, just divide the survey into pages and add the name for each page. Each page will be treated as a new area by the system.
Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
Log in with Microsoft
Now you can log in using your Microsoft account. If you have MS Office 365, Outlook, Skype, or other Microsoft products this option will allow you to sign in using Microsoft SSO.
We have also added (for Enterprise accounts) support for SAML 2.0 (Security Assertion Markup Language). That allows secure single sign-on for various networks.
Pictures support in ranking question
We have added the ability to include pictures and graphical elements in ranking questions. The ranking question allows the respondent to set a hierarchy of the provided answer choices.
Functionality is available in the Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plan.
Dashboards
We have added multi-language support for dashboards. Now your dashboards can support the same languages as survey reports.

Other changes and improvements
We have introduced a number of smaller improvements and fixes, including improved survey OR logic. Improved coloring of answers in cross-tabs. Improved handling of audio files and choice question with pictures. We have also simplified our payment system and updated our invoice templates.
We have also added support for the Mongolian language. Сайн уу. This is the 44th supported language.
