Can SurveyLab set a quota for screening parameters?

Yes. SurveyLab allows to set following screening parameters :

Complete - single survey completed. Standard survey completion.
Screen-out - respondent doesn't meet filtering criteria.
Quota-full - research completed.

Each parameter can have its own survey redirection link.

NOTE. This functionality is especially useful in online panel surveys. It allows you to set alternative survey end pages based on the screening criteria. This way system will know which respondents qualify to be rewarded for completing a survey and which don't.
