Integration with Traffit

Please find below short instructions describing how SurveyLab can be integrated with Traffit and how to match your clients’ information with survey results.

Traffit enables the management of recruitment processes, including candidate database management, publication of job offers, application forms, and communication with candidates.

To configure Traffit to work with SurveyLab :

  1. Log into Traffit.
  2. Select Templates tab.
    Traffit
  3. Select a template you want to edit.
  4. Add survey link (copied from SurveyLab) to email template and invitation to participate in a survey. Make sure to end survey link with the referrer parameter and Field Value, e.g. /?referrer=[[candidate.e-mail]]/ or /?email=[[candidate.e-mail]]/.
  5. Press Save button.

EXAMPLE. https://www.surveylab.com/pageTag/SurveyCampaign/cId/a6a4e72783d87ee8bced33fdbf6870a03e11be22d/?referrer=[[candidate.e-mail]]/

Survey results will be available in SurveyLab reports. Information that will allow you to identify individual job candidates will be available in the report RESPONSE details section.

To view SurveyLab survey results :

  1. Select survey and press [R] REPORT button.

  2. Press List of responses or  [L] RESPONSES LIST button.

  3. Select response you want to view and press [P] Preview button.

NOTE. You can add multiple Field Values in order to transfer more information into your survey. In this case please use – to separate values, e.g. /?referrer=[[candidate.e-mail]]-[[user.first_name]]/.
