Custom fields
The functionality allows you to change the default translations of surveys, set a list of ticket statuses, and manage question tags.

To change the default translations :
- Press Custom fields button.
- Select TRANSLATIONS.
- Select a language for which you want to change the translation.
- Press SAVE button.
Ticket statuses can be used as a simple ticketing system. They can help you build a closed-loop process for your organization.
To edit the status list :
- Press Custom fields button.
- Select TICKET STATUSES.
- Press ADD button to add a new status.
- Press SAVE button.
NOTE. If you remove the ticket status from the list, it will be removed from all reports in which it has been used.
Question tags can be added to your questions to provide additional description.
To edit the question tags list :
- Press Custom fields button.
- Select QUESTION TAGS.
- Press ADD TAG button to add a new question tag.
- Press SAVE button.
NOTE. If you remove the question tag from the list, it will be removed from all questions in which it has been used.
Functionality is available for the Professional and Enterprise plan.
