Anonymous survey with ability to analyze results by business units.

Thanks to the collector functionality, you can generate any number of links for a created survey. This allows you to divide the surveyed group in any way you like, for example, by business units, departments, geographic units, and more.

Use collectors

You can create any number of collectors for your survey. This way, you can divide your survey into segments, data collection channels, or waves. You can keep your data anonymous and add some basic information to it. Option available for URL Link collector.

To add collectors to a survey :

1. Click the COLLECT RESPONSES button.
   
2. Click + ADD COLLECTOR.
   
3. Select URL Link collector type, adjust the settings, and press SAVE button.
4. Repeat the process for another segment.

Within each group (segment), the survey remains anonymous, while you gain the ability to analyse results separately for each created group.

Use data anonymisation

Data anonymization removes personal data (FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone) from the report. This information will stay in your collector, but will be removed from the report. Option is available for Email/SMS invitations and 360 feedback collectors.

To use this option :

1. Go to the Collector settings.
2. In the ADVANCED SETTINGS, select Anonymous report option.
3. Press SAVE button.

NOTE. The option needs to be tuned on before collector activation. It will prevent saving personal data in the report. That includes Email, Phone, FirstName, and LastName. It means those elements won’t be visible in the report, and you won’t be able to use them in piping.
