Can I add respondents and send them survey during study?

Yes. During the study, you can add a new respondent (contact) to the survey / collector.

URL link

If you are collecting responses using a survey link (URL), simply send the link to the selected individuals manually (e.g., via email or messaging app).

Email / SMS invitation

If you are using SurveyLab’s built-in mailing system:

  • Just add the new respondent to the active collector.
  • The new contact will automatically be placed in the email/SMS sending queue.

This allows you to invite new participants at any point during the survey.
