Can I add respondents and send them survey during study?

Yes. During the study, you can add a new respondent (contact) to the survey / collector.

URL link

If you are collecting responses using a survey link (URL), simply send the link to the selected individuals manually (eg., via email or messaging app).

Email / SMS invitation

If you are using SurveyLab’s built-in mailing system :

  • Just add the new respondent to the active collector.
  • The new contact will automatically be placed in the email/SMS sending queue.

NOTE. If the survey start date has already passed, the invitation (to added contacts) will be sent instantly.

This allows you to invite new participants at any point in time during the survey.
