Creating and configuring Email/SMS Invitation collector

A collector allows you to gather responses for a survey. With collectors, you can segment data, collect responses separately for selected time periods or respondent groups.

Below are the basic steps required to create and configure an Email/SMS Invitation collector :

  1. Go to the list of collectors for the survey.
  2. Click + ADD COLLECTOR to create a new one.

  3. Choose the Email/SMS Invitation as the distribution method.
  4. Go to the Invitations tab.
  5. Add an invitation to complete the survey. You can also schedule reminders for those who haven’t responded.
  6. Go to the Respondents tab.
  7. Click + ADD CONTACTS to add the contacts you want to invite.
  8. Choose the method for adding contacts (manually or via file upload).
  9. Enable the collector. Once activated, the system will automatically start sending out the invitations.

NOTE. You can also schedule reminders and a thank-you message to be sent after the survey is completed.
