Integration with Zapier

Zapier lets you connect SurveyLab to 3000+ other web services, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Asana, Twitter, and many more. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no need for coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn’t be possible or time-consuming.

SurveyLab

1. Go to account  Settings.
2. Press Integrations button.
3. Copy the API token to the clipboard. You will need it.
   
4. Go to collector settings.
5. Press  SETTINGS button and copy Collector ID.
   

Zapier

Trigger

1. Log in to Zapier.
2. Press + CREATE button and select Zaps.
3. Select SurveyLab as a Trigger.
4. Select Event : New response and press Continue button.
5. Log into your SurveyLab account using API token (copier from SurveyLab).
   
6. Define the trigger. Use your SurveyLab Collector id.
7. Press Continue button.
8. Press Test trigger button.

Actions

1. Select app that will take action.
2. Select Action event.
3. Press Continue button.
4. Log into selected app.
5. Press Continue button.
6. Define the action.
7. Press Continue button.
