RID, RK and CRK parameters
RID, RK, and CRK parameters enable integration of SurveyLab with any tool, such as CRM, SFA, DWH, a research panel, eShop, or web portal.
Survey links
Place the parameter in the survey link to automatically pass data from another system.

Redirect after survey completion
Place the parameter in the redirect URL after survey completion to pass data to another system.

Additional settings
To enable automatic closing of the survey if it has already been completed by the respondent, add the following parameter at the end of the URL :
/alreadyCompleted/autoClose/
Example
RID and CRK parameters can be used only for URL-type collectors, which are available in Professional and Enterprise accounts.
