Online reputations

Reputations allow you for automatic data aggregation from multiple online sources and locations, including Google Maps, Google Play Store, or Apple Store.

Available features :

• Aggregate opinions from different services in one place.
• View, filter, and analyze opinions.
• Answer to opinions directly from SurveyLab.

To add a new source :

1. Go to Reputations.
2. Press + ADD SOURCE button.
3. Select the source you want to add.
4. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

NOTE. Different services may require different forms of authorisation. Follow the steps displayed on the screen.

To remove source :

1. Go to Reptutations.
2. Select source you want to delete and press  MORE / DELETE button.
3. Press OK to confirm the action.

Functionality is available in the Professional and Enterprise plan.
