New SurveyLab version (12.5.1) has been almost in 100% devoted to teamwork. We have not only redesigned multi-user support functionality, but we have also prepared integration with Slack, one of the most popular tools that support teamwork and effective communication.

Integration allows for automatic notifications creation (based on survey metrics) and saving them in real-time on your Slack channels. This way your whole team can have access to the survey results. Integrations require Slack API token configuration on your SurveyLab account.
Slack (Searchable Log of All Conversations and Knowledge) is a popular teamwork tool. It is used by many companies and organizations all over the world including NASA, EA, eBay, Samsung, Linkedin or Harvard University. Slack improves communication in a team, access to files and documents, and project management. The application can integrate with many popular tools and services, including Google Drive, Dropbox, Zendesk, GitHub, Trello, and SurveyLab.
We have redesigned teamwork functionality. Among many changes, you will find the ability to change user password by account administrator and refreshed survey / test access rights management module.
Improved survey responsiveness
We have improved questionnaire responsiveness. Now matrix questions will automatically scale for each device. It means that system will automatically detect device type and size and will scale matrix question for mobile devices so all columns will be presented on the device screen.
We have added ability to deselect answer choices for single-choice questions. Thanks to this feature respondents will be able to deselect answers if they decide they don't want to answer certain question.
We have corrected metrics calculation algorithms for metrics that include answer choices with option N/A or NA (short for "Not applicable"). Now answer choices with N/A or NA parameter will not be included in metrics calculation.
We have also updated survey reports and we added information about average completion time and information about total completion time for each survey. This information will help you to manage and improve survey response quality.
