Collector application examples

Recurring surveys

In order to collect responses monthly, quarterly, or yearly you will just need to add a new collector for your survey.

Example. Monthly surveys will have a separate collector for each month :

  • January
  • February
  • March

Each collector has its own link (URL). You will need to send a new collector for each time period. You will be able to analyze data separately for each collector or for the whole survey.

Segmentation by respondent

In order to send a survey to different respondents groups all you need to do is create a separate collector for each group.

Example. If your organization has offices in different cities, all you need to do is create a separate collector for each city :

  • Chicago
  • New York
  • San Francisco
  • Washington

Segmentation by distribution channel

In order to collect responses for the same survey using different communication channels (www, email, Facebook, …) all you need to do is create a separate collector for each channel.
