Question bank

Question bank allows you to add any question to the bank and reuse it in the same or another survey. This way, you can create your own set of questions.

ADD OR ETID QUESTION IN THE BANK

To add the question to the questions bank :

1. Press  Edit question.
2. Go to question settings and select Add to bank.
   
3. Press SAVE button.

To edit question in bank :

1. Press BANK tab.
2. Select question and press  Edit button.
3. Enter changes and press SAVE button.

NOTE. Check the “Update all connected surveys” option to automatically update all connected questions with the question in the bank.

To remove the question from the bank :

1. Press Bank tab.
2. Select question and press Delete button.
3. Select if you want to delete question only from bank or from bank and connected surveys.
4. Press SAVE button.

or

1. Find survey and question that was added.
2. Edit question, and in the Settings tab, deselect question.
3. Press DELETE button.

To disconnect question from the bank :

1. Go to the survey with the connected question
2. Press Edit button
3. Press DISCONNECT AND EDIT button.

We recommend to create a survey, name it QUESTION BANK, and use it to manage questions in the bank. This way, managing questions will be easier.

NOTE. This functionality adds only questions to the bank. Survey logic will not be added.
