Integration with Mailchimp

Please find below a short instruction describing how SurveyLab can be integrated with MailChimp and how to match your clients’ information with survey results.

To configure MailChimp to work with SurveyLab :

SurveyLab

  1. Log into SurveyLab.
  2. Select a survey and copy the survey link.

MailChimp

  1. Log into MailChimp.
  2. Go to Email templates.

  3. Select email template you want to edit.

  4. Add survey link to the template. At the link end, add /?custom1=*|EMAIL|*. You can use other tags to transfer different information than email.

Survey results will be available in SurveyLab on Reports. Information that will allow you to identify individual clients will be available in response details in the RESPONDENT data.

NOTE. You can use 45 fields, including 40 custom fields. To add more than one parameter, use multiple custom fields eg. /?custom1=*|EMAIL|*/custom2=*|LIST:NAME|*/.
