How to edit collected responses?

SurveyLab allows you to edit completed responses. Thanks to this functionality you will be able to correct collected responses.

Logged-in User

The functionality allows to change collected responses by a logged-in user in the survey report.

To edit collected response :

  1. Go to the survey report.
  2. Go to List of responses.
  3. Select the response you want to edit.
  4. Press EditEdit button.
  5. The survey will appear in a new window. Change the response and press the FINISH button.

Respondent

The functionality allows to change collected responses by the respondent in the survey completion report.

To edit collected response :

  1. In the survey completion report, press the EditEdit button.
  2. Change the responses and press the FINISH button.

Respondent API

The functionality allows to change collected responses by the respondent in the survey completion report.

To automatically open the survey in edit mode :

  1. Add the crk parameter and /reopenResponse/1/ to the survey link.

NOTE. Responses are saved in the survey when respondents navigate between pages or press the FINISH button.
